The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited has been successfully held virtually on July 20, 2021. Mr. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman & Founder Chairman of the Company and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting. He has highlighted the Company’s success and future planning. Vice-Chairman Mr. Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Directors, Ms. Naeema Hoque, Mr. Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Mr. Md. Murad Hossain Ripon, Independent Director Mr. Md. Abdul Aziz, FCMA & Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mitra, FCMA, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Mr. Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Mr. Md. Liakat Hossen FCMA were present in the meeting. Company Secretary of Nitol Insurance Co. Ltd. has conducted the meeting. The meeting approved 10% Cash Dividend for the year 2020 for all the Shareholders of the Company. A considerable numbers of shareholders were present in the virtual meeting and took part in the discussion.
