Israt Jahan, FCS, PMP, LLB is an accomplished governance and strategy professional with over 22 years of experience spanning the Readymade Garments, Logistics, and Transportation sectors. Throughout her career, she has been widely respected for her impartial judgment, strong ethical integrity, and collaborative approach to board dynamics.

She is blessed to be actively contributing to the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), where she serve as a member of the Event Committee, Corporate Governance Award Committee, and also work as a Course facilitator. Her core strengths lie in corporate governance, strategic oversight, risk management, and stakeholder accountability.

In addition to her governance work, she bring over 21 years of hands-on experience in HR and Administration, having served in multiple leadership roles such as Manager, Assistant Manager, and other key managerial positions. She is a Fellow Member of ICSB, and I possess extensive knowledge in Learning & Development, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.
