The 26th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited has been successfully held virtually on August 19, 2025. Mr. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman & Founder of the Company presided over the meeting. He has highlighted the Company’s success and future planning. Vice-Chairman Mr. Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Director & EC Chairman Ms. Naeema Hoque, Director Mr. Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Director Mr. Md. Murad Hossain Ripon, Independent Director Mr. Md. Mamunur Rashid FCMA & Mr. Md. Shoharab Ali Khan FCMA, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Mr. Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Mr. Md. Liakat Hossen FCMA were present in the meeting. Company Secretary Md. Mijanur Rahman FCS has conducted the meeting. The meeting approved 5% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend for the year 2024 for all the Shareholders of the Company. A considerable numbers of shareholders were present in the virtual meeting and took part in the discussion.
