This is for kind information of all concerned that, having received the approval from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC & F), dated November 19, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1994 (as amended in 2020), and the Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA), vide its letter No. 53.03.0000.000.051.49.0007.25.161, dated July 03, 2025, the registered name of our company has been changed as follows: The name of the Company stands changed from "Nitol Insurance Company Limited” (নিটল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানী লিমিটেড) to "Nitol Insurance PLC" (নিটল ইন্স্যুরেন্স পিএলসি) with immediate effect.
