20th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited (NICL) Held.

The 20th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited has been successfully held on May 05, 2019 at 11.00 A.M. at Spectra Convention Centre, House # 19, Road # 7, Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Mr. A.K.M. Monirul Hoque, Chairman & Founder Chairman of the Company and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting. He has highlighted the Company’s success and future planning. Vice Chairman Mr. Md. Anowar Husain, FCMA, Directors, Mr. Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Mr. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Independent Director Mr. Md. Mamunur Rashid, FCMA & Dr. Md. Akram Hossain and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. S.M. Mahbubul Karim were also present in the meeting. The Company Secretary of Nitol Insurance Co. Ltd. has conducted the meeting. The meeting approved 15% Cash Dividend for the year 2018 for all the Shareholders of the Company. A considerable numbers of shareholders were present in the meeting and took part in the discussion.
